硫酸镁在妊高症治疗中的临床应用分析
Analysis of clinical application of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension
摘要
Abstract
To analyze the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension.Methods:80 cases with pregnancy hypertension were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.All cases were treated with magnesium sulfate for intravenous drip.The symptoms and blood pressure change were compared before and after the treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and proteinuria improved significantly after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,4 cases occured postpartum hemorrhage,and the complication probability was 5%.Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate is applied in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension.Its clinical curative effect is ideal.It can effectively reduce the blood pressure,improve the clinical symptoms,and reduce the occurrence of seizures and cerebral vascular accident probability.It has the value of clinical application.关键词
