40岁以下青年急性心肌梗死临床分析
Clinical analysis of young people under 40 years old with acute myocardial infarction
摘要
Abstract
To analyze the clinical characteristics of young people under 40 years old with acute myocardial infarction. Methods:40 cases with acute myocardial infarction were selected from January 2008 to January 2012.The age was equal to or less than 40 years old.The clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results:In the comparison of the risk factors,smoking had 34 cases(85%) in the first.In the clinical characteristics,typical chest pain had 36 cases(90%) in the first.Conclusion:Young AMI patients are dangerous,but if they are given timely treatment,most of they have the good prognosis.关键词
