Abstract
To analyze and study the clinical effect of microscopic neural surgical operation in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:24 cases with spastic cerebral palsy were selected from January 2011 to January 2013.The treatment effects of patients with microscopic neural surgical operation were observed and analyzed by retrospective analysis.Results:24 cases with spastic cerebral palsy were treated with microscopic neural surgical operation.The treatment effects of 22 cases were more significant.2 cases had disease recurrence after treatment.The treatment total effective rate of patients was about 92%.And the activity of daily living of patients improved obviously after operation treatment.The treatment effect was more obvious. Conclusion:Microscopic neural surgical operation in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy has a more prominent treatment effect. After operation treatment,the formal rehabilitation treatment for a long time can avoid the disease recurrence.关键词
