The clinical value of modified small incision operation in the treatment of thyroid tumor
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the clinical value of modified small incision operation in the treatment of thyroid tumor. Methods:58 cases with thyroid tumor were selected from May 2011 to March 2013.They were randomLy divided into the treatment group and the control group with 29 cases in each.The control group were treated with traditional open operation.The treatment group were treated with modified small incision operation.We observed and compared the operation time,hospitalization time, amount of bleeding,the nurse patient satisfaction and postoperative complications of the two groups.Results:The operation time, hospitalization time,amount of bleeding,the nurse patient satisfaction and postoperative complications of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of improved small incision operation for thyroid tumor patients can improve the treatment effect of the patients after operation,and reduce complications,so it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.关键词
