Abstract
To investigate the clinical treatment and effect of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia patients.Methods:80 cases with coronary heart disease patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia were selected from March 2011 to October 2013.They were randomLy divided into the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were given the routine treatment and propafenone.The study group were given amiodarone on the basis of conventional therapy.We observed and recorded the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The total efficiency and adverse reaction rates of the study group were 87.50% (35/40),5% (2/40) respectively.At the same time,that of the control group were 80%(32/40) and 12.50%(7/40) respectively.The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but the incidence of adverse reaction of the study group was lower than that of the control group.The comparison of the total efficiency between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the adverse reaction of them had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Most of the chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease with ventricular arrhythmia patients were elderly,when we treated them not only consider the effect of tolerance,but also pay attention to the elderly tolerance,therefore we should take effective and safe methods.The effect of amiodarone combine with the conventional therapy is obviously,and it has less adverse reaction,high security,so it is worth to learning.关键词
