胸外科局限性小切口开胸术40例临床观察

摘要
Abstract
To observe and analyze the clinical application value of limitations of small incision thoracotomy in the department of thoracic surgery.Methods:64 cases in the department of thoracic surgery were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They were randomLy divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each.The observation group were given the limitations of small incision thoracotomy treatment.The control group were given the conventional treatment of lateral incision operation. Observe and analyze intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative pain,hospitalization fancy and hospitalization time of two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding,postoperative chest drainage,postoperative pain after operation, hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Limitations of a small incision has the advantages of less bleeding,less postoperative chest drainage quantity,light pain, low hospitalization fancy and short time,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
