Characteristics and treatment of elderly biliary obstruction
摘要
Abstract
To study the clinical characteristics,treatment methods and effects of elderly biliary obstructive diseases. Methods:100 cases with biliary obstruction that above 65 years old were selected from May 1995 to May 2010.The characteristics and treatment methods of elderly biliary obstruction were studied and analyzed.Results:3 cases of benign obstruction and 6 cases of malignant obstruction unfortunately died in postoperative complications or organ failure.Conclusion:Causes of elderly biliary obstruction are more complex,and the disease develops speed.It should increase the intensity of operation treatment,and make full preparation of infection prevention.关键词
