泌尿外科后腹腔镜围手术期的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
To observe and analysis the treatment effect of laparoscopic operation period in the department of urology. Methods:78 cases with urology were selected from April 2013 to March 2014.They were randomLy divided into two groups.39 cases in the control group received open operation treatment.39 cases in the observation group received laparoscopic operation treatment.We compared the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,complications operation differences of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group was less bleeding;hospitalization time was shorter;operation complication rate was significantly lower.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of operation time of two groups was no significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation treatment method in the department of urology with less trauma,quick recovery and other advantages,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
