Prevention and cure of percutaneous nephrolithotomy complicated with bleeding

Abstract
To explore the reason,prevention and treatment methods of percutaneous nephrolithotomy complicated with bleeding.Methods:126 cases with upper urinary calculi were selected.They were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.11 cases had bleeding.Among them,8 cases of bleeding occured in operation;3 cases of bleeding occured after operation.We analyzed and treated the hemorrhage in 11 cases.Results:11 cases with bleeding were recovered and were discharged from the hospital after treatment.Mainly stones were removed.There was no secondary complications.Conclusion:In percutaneous nephrolithotomy,we should strictly grasp the indications of operation,and make adequate preoperative preparation.We should choose the proper puncture site.The operation required that the operator's technology with operation equipment was adept;the action was gentle;operator should master the urinary B ultrasound examination technology.In operation,we should give careful hemostasis.After operation,postoperative nursing care should be strengthened to avoid fistula off.Once the corresponding complications occured,we must take timely treatment.Most patients can obtain satisfactory recovery.关键词
