摘要
Abstract
To investigate the relationship between the ultrasonographic features and pathological analysis of thyroid mass.Methods:50 cases with thyroid masses were selected(pathology showed thyroid adenoma,nodular goiter,thyroid cancer). Compare their ultrasound image and pathology.Results:Among 50 cases with thyroid adenoma,7 cases were thyroid tumors, which showed 4 cases ultrasonography of substantial,1 cases of cystic,2 cases of mixed;40 cases of nodular goiter,which showed 14 cases of substantial,2 cases of cystic,24 cases of mixed;3 cases of thyroid carcinoma,which showed 2 cases of substance sex and 1 cases of mixed.Conclusion:Because of the differences in the progress,evolution and the degree of pathological of the thyroid mass,the ultrasonography can show different.The related pathological changes is the basis of ultrasonogram.Therefore,we should combine the features of pathological changes in working,analyze the condition,and finally reach a definitive diagnosis objective.关键词
