摘要
Abstract
To explore the value of the tumor markers serum cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),neurone specific enolase(NSE),carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) test in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:60 cases with lung cancer were selected from March 2012 to March 2014 as the lung cancer group(A group).67 cases with lung benign lesion were selected at the same time as the lung benign lesion group(B group).51 cases with healthy check up were selected as the control group(C group).CYFRA21-1,NSE,CEA,CA125 were tested and analyzed.Results:The positive rate of CYFRA21-1 in A group was 68.3%,NSE with 38.3%,CEA with 73.3%,CA125 with 45.0%.The differences between CYFRA21-1, NSE,CEA,CA125 levels in A group,B group and C group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CYFRA21-1,NSE, CEA,CA125 test in the diagnosis of lung cancer has high application value.It can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.关键词
