摘要

Abstract

To investigate the prediction value of umbilical cord blood gas analysis for meconium stained amniotic fluid neonatal asphyxia.Methods:100 cases of the full-termⅢ degree of contamination of amniotic fluid newborn were selected from January 2011 to January 2013 for the A group.We randomly selected the same period of maternity 200 cases of amniotic fluid clear of full-term newborns as the B group.We extracted the umbilical arterial blood within one minute after birth from the two group neonatal.We analyzed the relationship between the two groups of the blood gas analysis results and amniotic fluid contamination.Results:In A group,the pH of umbilical artery blood was significantly lower than that of the control group.10 cases of A group were neonatal asphyxia(10%) was higher than that 2 cases of group B(1%)(P<0.01).The umbilical artery blood pH≥7.20 of A group were 71 cases(71%) was higher than that 65 cases of B group(32%)(P<0.01).A total of pH<7.20 cases in group A were 29 cases was significantly lower than that 135 cases in B group(68%)(P<0.01).The A group had HIE(Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy) in 7 cases(7%),higher than that of B group of 1 case(0.05%),and there was significant difference(P<0.01).A group had 20 cases of cesarean section(20%) was higher than that 8 cases in group B(4%)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The umbilical arterial blood gas analysis results related to neonatal complications and the production type.It can provide a basis for the clinical treatment.
