摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the correlation of the detection results in two sampling mode(manual injection,automatic injection)of Sysmex XT-2000i blood cell analyzer.Methods:Based on the evaluation of background counting,carryover and within batch precision of two kinds injection mode that meet the requirements,we selected 5 fresh whole blood to detect in two sampling mode,took the detection result of manual injection mode as reference,and then statistically analyzed the results of WBC,RBC,Hb, Hct,MCV and Plt in two sampling modes.Results:Relative deviation and the correlation of WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct,MCV and PLT between the two sampling modes were within the permissible range.Conclusion:There is good correlation between detection results in two sampling mode of the Sysmex XT-2000i blood cell analyzer.关键词
