Abstract
To analyze the hospital infection risk of microbiology laboratory in department of clinical laboratory and put forward the related protection countermeasures.Methods:The status of hospital infection was retrospectivly analyzed of microbiology laboratory in department of clinical laboratory from January 2012 to January 2014.We made statistics the occurrence of hospital infection to each department and analyzed the causes of the key department hospital infection and put forward specific protective measures.Results:In microbiology laboratory department of clinical laboratory,the incidence rate of hospital infection was 32.93%.In department of respiration,it was 13.95%.In department of gastroenterology,it was 12.20%.In other departments,it was 0.59%.The incidence rate of hospital infection was the highest in all of them(χ2 respective is 8.477,6.104,343.032;P<0.01 or P<0.05).Staphylococcus,Helicobacter pylori,Streptococcus pneumoniae,Haemophilus influenzae were common pathogens in laboratory microbial room.Lack of safety management, work environment pollution,pollution of operating instruments which were primary causes of hospital infection of microbiology laboratory in department of clinical laboratory.Conclusion:Microbiology laboratory in department of clinical laboratory is a high incidence rate of hospital infection.It can effectively reduce the incidence rate of hospital infection of microbiology laboratory in department of clinical laboratory by strengthenning the biological security protection,staff self protection and strict hand disinfection,ect.关键词
