Abstract
To investigate the application value of HPV combined with TCT in cervical cancer screening.Methods:7 438 cases who recieved cervical cancer screening were selected from January 2013 to February 2014.They were examinated by TCT and high-risk type HPV monitoring.Pathological biopsy were given to patients with positive result,and analyzed their clinical data retrospectively.Results:7 438 cases underwent TCT and HPV examination.646 cases by TCT were positive(8.69%).782 cases of high-risk HPV infection,the positive rate was 10.51% .Compared the screening rate between combined examination and individual examination,screening rate of combined examination is higher relatively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HPV combined with TCT can decrease the rate of missed diagnosis of cervical cancer screening, and improve the screening accuracy.关键词
