The effect of high quality nursing service mode in patients with artificial joint replacement
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service mode in patients with artificial joint replacement. Methods:40 cases with artificial joint replacement were selected from November 2010 to October 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each.The observation group implementated high quality nursing service mode,and the control group only given routine care.We compared the difference of hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses,nursing satisfaction and the complication rate between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses and the complication rate of the observation group were significantely lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is good clinical effects of the implementation of high quality nursing service mode for patients with artificial joint replacement.It can effectively save the medical cost,and reduce the incidence of complications of patients after treatment.It also can promote early rehabilitation of patients.So it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
