脱细胞基质肛瘘填塞术治疗高位肛瘘100例的观察与护理
Observation and nursing on 100 cases of high anal fistula in the treatment of acellular matrix graft
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the observation and nursing on patients with high anal fistula in the treatment of acellular matrix graft.Methods: 100 cases of high anal fistula patients from August 2012 to December 2013 were treated with acellular matrix graft.50 cases in the conventional group were treated with conventional clinical nursing;50 cases in the comprehensive group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention measures including scientific,reasonable psychological nursing,pain nursing,diet nursing,on the basis of routine nursing.Results:The difference in postoperative wound pain,wound healing time,the satisfaction of patients were statistically significant between the comprehensive group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acellular matrix anal fistula occlusion treated on high anal fistula can achieve ideal clinical curative effect,and scientific, reasonable comprehensive nursing intervention is an important premise to comprehensively guarantee the effect of clinical treatment.关键词
