中医护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用价值分析
Application value analysis of TCM nursing intervention in patients with diabetes
摘要
Abstract
To sum up the specific content of TCM nursing,and to discusse its application value in patients with diabetes.Methods:128 cases with type 2 diabetes were selected in 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to patients with single and double sequence number with 64 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were given TCM nursing intervention based on the routine nursing.We compared the quality of life score changes of the two groups before and after nursing.Results:Through the implementation of nursing intervention, the mental state,physiology,behavior,social function 4 aspects of quality of life score of the observation group after the intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory,through tea diet,acupuncture and massage,and emotional nursing comprehensive improvement in patients with physical and psychological behavior,the effect for the diabetic patients is significant.关键词
