母婴同室对产妇在日常新生儿护理技能的体会
Experience on maternal rooming-in daily neonatal nursing skills
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the clinical effect of maternal rooming-in daily neonatal nursing skills.Methods:240 parturients were selected from January 2011 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 120 cases in each.The control group were given the routine nursing mode.The observation group were given the nursing of maternal rooming-in.Compared the effect of the nursing between two groups.Results:The maternal satisfaction rate of the observation group(95% ) was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.5% ).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Maternal of the observation group can fully grasp on neonatal nursing skills,while the control group just mastered the basic of nursing skills.Conclusion:Maternal rooming-in not only can enhance the degree of satisfaction with the maternal quality of care,but also can help the maternal to master the neonatal nursing skills.The nursing quality of maternal rooming-in has higher clinical manifestations.So it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
