摘要
Abstract
We analyzed the psychological status of the childbirth period of the patients with pregnancy induced hypertension,to investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with psychological.Methods:167 cases with pregnancy induced hypertension were selected from March 2012 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation and the control group.83 cases of the control group were given routine nursing.84 cases in the observation group were given nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.We analyzed the mental status of two groups during the course of illness,and compared effect of the two different nursing methods for the childbirth period.Results:In the observation group,44 cases were cesarean section;40 cases were natural childbirth;the neonatal score was(8.7±0.5).In the control group,70 cases were cesarean section;13 cases were natural childbirth in,including 8 cases of maternal because of the fetal distress were changed the original natural delivery into the cesarean section,and 4 cases were maternal postpartum hemorrhage. The neonatal score was(6.9 ± 1.3). Conclusion:The nursing intervention measures for patients with hypertension of pregnancy in childbirth period.It can enhance the delivery of confidence,reduce the neonatal complications effectively,improve health indicators of neonatal and survival rate,so it has a greater value of clinical application.关键词
