微创治疗高血压性脑出血临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive treatment in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:60 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.They were treated with YL-I type of intracranial hematoma puncture drainage.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 60 caes,3 cases died;24 cases of postoperative consciousness were turned clear;26 cases of coma degree was shallow;7 cases had no obvious change in consciousness.Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive treatment in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can maximize the hematoma,avoid or reduce bleeding complications.关键词
