Clinical analysis of the gastrointestinal peristalsis function recovery of patients with gastrointestinal operation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the gastrointestinal peristalsis function recovery scheme of patients with gastrointestinal operation.Methods:80 cases with gastrointestinal operation were selected from May 2012 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the routine medical care group(the control group,n=40) and the comprehensive rehabilitation medical care group(the observation group,n=40).The effects of gastrointestinal peristalsis function recovery were compared.Results:The anus exhaust recovery time and the stomach tube drawn time in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen comprehensive rehabilitation medical care in patients with gastrointestinal operation,such as postural guidance,exercise guidance,diet guidance,anal intervention and so on,can accelerate the gastrointestinal peristalsis,and promote the anal exhaust.It provides a good condition to guarantee the postoperative recover smoothly,and has a very positive application value.关键词
