Study on the operation treatment of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ type of fracture of surgical neck of humerus

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and the best operation treatment of the patients with operation Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲfracture of surgical neck of humerus.Methods:38 cases with fracture of surgical neck of humerus were selected.All of the samples of Neer were Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.They were randomly divided into the clover plate group with 18 cases and the locking compression plate fixation group with 20 cases according to different operation scheme.The two groups were used established program to carry out operation.We observed the prognosis and carried out statistical comparison and analysis.Results:The differences of operation time, bleeding volume,postoperative healing time,hospitalization time and after treatment of the excellent and good rate of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment effect of locking compression plate fixation operation mode is better in the treatment of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ patients with fracture of surgical neck of humerus.关键词
