Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of disposable surgical negative pressure drainage device in the prevention of postoperative wound unhealed of calcaneal fracture.Methods:64 cases with calcaneal fracture were treated with open reduction and plate fixation.They were selected from December 2007 to December 2013 as the research objects.34 cases were with or without rubber drainage after surgery(A group).30 cases were given disposable surgical negative pressure drainage device(B group).After treatment,AOFAS ankle-hindfoot index score,the incidence rate of wound complications,the wound healing time and patient satisfaction were analyzed and compared.Results:The AOFAS ankle-hindfoot index score of B group was better than that of A group.The incidence rate of wound complications was low.The wound healing time was short and the patient satisfaction was high.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The disposable surgical drainage device can greatly reduce the incidence rate of postoperative skin complications of calcaneal fracture.It is an economic and effective prevention method.关键词
