眼部穴位按摩联合中药熏洗改善视疲劳症状的疗效观察
Curative effect observation of eye point massage combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of visual fatigue
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of eye point massage combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of visual fatigue.Methods:151 cases with asthenopia were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group with 76 cases and the control group with 75 cases.The treatment group were treated with eye acupuncture point massage combined with Chinese herb fumigation,5 time/week,2 weeks for 1 course.The control group were treated with the sodium hyaluronate eye drops,2 weeks for 1 course.After each course of treatment,we observed the effect of treatment.Results:In the treatment group and the control group,total effectiveness respectively was 97.37% and 80%;significant efficiency respectively was 27.63% and 2.67%.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of eye point massage combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of visual fatigue is better than sodium hyaluronate eye drops.It has obvious effect on visual fatigue.It is safe and effective.关键词
