多层螺旋CT三维重建诊断肋骨骨折的应用探讨

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of rib fracture.Methods:60 cases with rib fractures were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.According to the different diagnostic methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group were given X-ray examination,whiel the observation group were given three-dimensional reconstruction of multislice spiral CT diagnosis.At last,we analyzed the clinical diagnosis results of the two groups.Results:The coincidence rate of multi slice spiral CT in diagnosis of fracture of the anterior rib,fracture of the posterior rib,ribbed arch respectively was 90.00%,93.65%,95.83%. The X-ray was respectively 50.00% ,68.75% ,62.50% .The former was obviously higher than the latter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the application of multi slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction in diagnosis of rib fracture,diagnosis coincidence rate is higher.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
