临床康复护理路径在微创保胆取石术围手术期的应用
Application of clinical nursing path in the gallbladder preserving peri operation period
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect nursing path in the gallbladder preserving peri operation period. Methods:100 patients who had preoperative B ultrasound assessment in laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in downlink conservative gallbladder operation were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each according to the admission time.The control group were given routine care.The observation group were given clinical rehabilitation nursing pathway care.We compared the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,patients for health education knowledge and satisfaction of patients of the two groups.Results:The total operation time,amount of bleeding in operation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=-4.653,P=0.000;t=-6.659,P=0.000).The health education knowledge grasp situation and satisfaction of the patients of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(Z=-3.129,P=0.002;Z=-3.525,P=0.000).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing path in minimally invasive gall preserving lithotomy peri operation period can shorten operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,and improve patients to master knowledge of health education and patients' satisfaction degree.关键词
