Perioperative nursing experience of VSD closed negative pressure drainage in emergency injury infected wound
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing experience of VSD closed negative pressure drainage perioperative period in the treatment of serious damage emergency infected wound of hand trauma.Methods:22 cases of serious damage emergency infected wound of hand trauma were selected.They were treated with VSD closed negative pressure drainage They were given professional nursing,at the same time,we should strengthen the general nursing,fault handling and rehabilitation guidance and other perioperative nursing experience.The infection degree and injury cure degree were examined.Results:In 22 cases, except 1 case gave up treatment and 1 case were ineffective,the remaining 20 cases had reduced wound area.Conclusion:VSD negative pressure drainage has the advantages,such as less trauma,low cost,short treatment time. Perioperative nursing can improve the efficacy.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
