摘要
Abstract
Hashimoto encephalopathy is a kind disease of increased with anti-thyroid antibodies, immune mediated, potentially lethal ,associated with thyroid hormone sensitive autoimmune .Its pathogenesis is not clear.For this kind of easy to misdiagnosis of encephalopathy patients,if timely diagnosis and timely treatment, most prognosis is good.In this paper ,the auther has retrospectively analyzed 1 case of hashimoto encephalopathy which has good clinical diagnosis and treatment,and reviewed related literature.关键词
