下肺结核48例误诊分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes of misdiagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:48 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis who were misdiagnosed were selected from 2008 to 2012.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas,treatment effect and prognosis.Results:48 cases of misdiagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients through further clinical observation and in-depth supplementary inspection,and they were cured after readjusted the treatment.Conclusion:For the patients with pulmonary pneumonia likely,if the effect of anti infection therapy is invalid,we should take bacteriological and pathology examination,diagnosis of anti tuberculosis treatment in the tuberculosis prevention institutions as soon as possible,so that we can integrated the diagnosis.关键词
