河南省周口市食品中铅污染调查与评价
Investigation and evaluation of food lead pollution in Zhoukou City Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the food lead pollution condition in Zhoukou City.Methods:The lead pollution conditions of 11 kinds of food in Zhoukou City were surveyed according to the food safety risk monitoring plan.The pollution degree was evaluated.Results:431 samples detected all safety.They were not contaminated with lead.Conclusion:The food lead contents in Zhoukou City don't exceed national health standards.The pollution index are all less than 0.7.There is no pollution,and their quality is safety.关键词
