中医药学科建设人才培养模式初探
Preliminary exploration on talents training mode of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract
Chinese medicine is a treasure of Chinese medicine.It plays an important role in the prevention,treatment and care of the disease.Strengthening discipline construction and talent training in Chinese medicine have great significance to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.How to develop high,fine,sharp talent science of traditional Chinese medicine is an important problem in current.In this paper,we combined the relevant information at home and abroad,analyzed the current situation of the talents training subject construction of Chinese medicine,focusing on the training objective understanding insufficiency,and deficiency of teaching mode and method.On the basis of those above,we discussed how to establish the Chinese medicine pharmacy department construction personnel training mode,focusing on the teaching idea,innovation education mode and methods,and innovation of teaching to strengthen the classical course of study,to strengthen the training and strengthening practice teaching to cultivate humanistic spirit of medical students.关键词
