Clinical analysis of craniotomy and minimally invasive trepanation and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of craniotomy and minimally invasive trepanation and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:109 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.According to operation differences,they were randomly divided into the minimally invasive group in 55 cases and craniotomy group in 54 cases. The minimally invasive group were treated with minimally invasive trepanation and drainage.The craniotomy group were treated with craniotomy.We compared ADL,NIHSS score and the total efficiency of treatment of the two groups.Results:After operation, ADL,NIHSS score of two groups had more difference(P<0.05).In the craniotomy group,the total efficiency of treatment was 79.63%.In the minimally invasive group,the total efficiency of treatment was 92.72%.The craniotomy group was lower than that of the minimally invasive group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are treated with minimally invasive trepanation and drainage.Trauma is small,and the curative effect is exact.关键词
