老年人高血压50例临床特征分析及防治

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly hypertension and synthesisly discuss the elderly hypertension preventions and treatment measures.Methods:50 cases with elderly hypertension over 60 years old were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The elderly hypertension patients with abnormal ECG were 80%;fundus lesions were 84%;left ventricle enlargement after the chest X-ray were 64%;the aortic arch broadening were 82%;the whole heart to expand were 20%.Conclusion:Missed diagnosis often have happened on elderly hypertension.So it is very important for monitoring clinical features of elderly hypertension.We should make great efforts for preventions and treatment knowledges of elderly hypertension,and reasonably use antihypertensive drugs and habit a healthy lifestyle.关键词
