Treatment experience of incision necrotic fasciitis after abdominal operation

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the treatment experience of abdominal incision necrotic fasciitis.Methods:14 cases with abdominal incision necrotic fasciitis were selected from 2006 to 2013.They were randomly divided into the routine treatment group and the VSD group with 7 cases in each.The two groups after diagnosis were given open incision drainage,thorough debridement and effective antibiotic treatment.The routine treatment group were with conventional treatment,and the VSD group applied continuous seal negative pressure drainage.Observe curative effect of two groups.Results: 14 cases were cured without recurrence.The average cleaning time of incision and incision healing time of the VSD group were significantly shorter than those of the routine treatment group.Conclusion:Necrotizing fasciitis are more acute onset and rapid progress.It must be diagnosed early. It is given an effective antibiotic treatment,at the same time,the early drainage and thorough debridement are important.It also should strengthen the clinical nursing and nutrition support therapy.关键词
