摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCAB) in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:48 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were treated with OPCAB as the research group.At the same time,22 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were treated with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) were selected as the control group.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperatve blood soss,assisted respiration time,postoperative drainage volume,monitoring time,postoperative extubation time,postoperative hospital stay,hospital total cost of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CABG,OPCAB has many advantages,such as small cardiac trauma,quick postoperative cardiac function recovery,less complication, high performance price ratio.It is worth promoting.关键词
