甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in treating type 2 diabetes.Methods:200 cases with type 2 diabetes were selected from January 2011 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 100 cases in each.The control group were treated with premixed insulin, and the observation group were treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide.We compared clinical curative effect before treatment and after treatment for 3 months of two groups.Results:After the treatment,the differences were significant in standard time with blood glucose,insulin dosage and body mass index of the two groups(P<0.05).In the observation group,3 cases had hypoglycemia with 3 times.In the control group,11 cases had hypoglycemia with 20 times;the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.And in the control group,5 cases had 2 or more hypoglycemic events,There was significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with type 2 diabetes, application of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide can effectively improve the level of blood glucose,and hypoglycemia incidence rate is low.关键词
