微创手术和开放手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症100例疗效观察
The observation of the effect of 100 cases of minimally invasive operation and open operation for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive operation and open operation for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:100 cases with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group with 52 cases and the observation group with 48 cases.The treatment group were treated with minimally invasive operation,and the observation group were treated with conventional open operation.Minimally invasive operation used microendoscopic lumbar discectomy,and conventional open operation used fenestration and lumbar discectomy.We compared the operation time,bleeding in operation,postoperative drainage,postoperative hospital stay and the hospitalization time of the two groups.All patients were followed up.Results:Compared with the observation group,the operation time of treatment group was short;the amount of bleeding was small;postoperative drainage volume was small;postoperative hospital stay and the hospitalization time was short;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive operation and conventional open operation all have good effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,although the request for operator of minimally invasive operation is higher.But at the same time,minimally invasive operation time is short;the amount of bleeding is small;postoperative drainage volume is small;postoperative hospital stay and the hospitalization time is short;curative effect is exact.It is worthy of further promotion.关键词
