Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of benign ovarian tumor.Methods:116 cases of benign ovarian tumor were selected from February 2012 to February 2013.They were divided into the aoservation and the control group with 58 cases in each.The control group were treated with traditional open operation treatment,and the observation group were treated with benign ovarian tumor laparoscopic decortications.We compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:In the operation time,amount of bleeding,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups were no serious complications occurred.In the observation group,no case was converted to laparotomy.Postoperative complication rate was 8.6%, which was significantly lower than the control group with 20.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Benign ovarian tumor laparoscopic decortication has many advantages,such as less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,less complications and so on.It is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
