宫内同时放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统和金属圆环治疗子宫腺肌症临床效果分析
Analysis of the clinical effect of intrauterine placed Levonorgestrel-Releasing Intrauterine System and metal ring at the same time in the treatment of adenomyosis

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of intrauterine placed mirena and metal ring at the same time(double loop) and intrauterine simply placed mirena(single loop) for the adenomyosis patients with too large uterus deep(9~11 cm),to explore the clinical treatment value of intrauterine placed double loop for the adenomyosis patients with too large uterus deep.Methods:9 cases with adenomyosis were selected from April 2011 to April 2013.They were intrauterine placed double loop.The menstruation, dysmenorrhea,adverse reaction and satisfaction before and after placing loop were compared.Their clinical effects were compared with 23 cases of adenomyosis patients with intrauterine placed single loop(uterus deep 9~11 cm before placing loop).Results:3 and 6 months after placing loop,VRS scores of patients with double loop were significantly lower than that before placing loop(P=0.004,P=0.004).Compared with the single loop,the patient satisfaction evaluation was higher than that of 3 and 6 months after placing loop(P=0.015,P=0.044).Conclusion:For the adenomyosis patients with too large uterus deep,it can consider to give intrauterine placed mirena and metal ring at the same time for treatment.But the number of patients in the study is small,and the curative effect remains to be confirmed by further studies.关键词
