腹腔镜治疗102例异位妊娠的临床效果研究
Clinical effect study of laparoscope in the treatment of 102 cases of ectopic pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:102 cases with ectopic pregnancy were selected.They were divided into two groups.102 cases in the observation group were treated with laparoscope.50 cases in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery.The situations of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The average operation time,the intraoperatve blood soss and the average hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The incidence rate of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with traditional open surgery,the laparoscope in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has shorter operation time and hospitalization time,less intraoperatve blood soss,less complications.It is worthy of extensive recommendation.关键词
