Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of ear massage on delivery analgesia,postpartum lactation and mental state. Methods:120 puerperaes were selected from 1 January to 31 December 2013.They were as the study objects.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.60 puerperaes with basic treatment were as the control group.60 puerperaes with basic treatment and ear massage were as the experimental group.After different treatment methods,the delivery analgesia,postpartum lactation and mental state of puerpera in two groups were compared and observed.Results:The delivery analgesia,postpartum lactation and mental state of the experimental group puerpera with ear acupoint massage were significantly better than those of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear massage can significantly relieve delivery analgesia of puerpera,help postpartum lactation and psychological adjustment,and achieve good clinical result.And through ear massage increases the emotional communication between doctors and patients,it can improve the satisfaction of patients in delivery room.关键词
