消渴5号方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变气虚血瘀证的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xiao Ke 5 prescription in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi Xu Xue Yu syndrome.Methods:64 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 32 cases in each.The control group were treated with the mecobalamin capsules on the basis of the conventional treatment of diabetes;the treatment group were treated with Xiao Ke 5 prescription on the basis of the conventional treatment of diabetes.Treatment time was all 3 cycles.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 94%.In control group,the total efficiency was 66%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xiao Ke 5 prescription used in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi Xu Xue Yu syndrome can improve clinical symptoms,and improve nerve conduction velocity.The curative effect is exact.关键词
