中药穴位贴敷配合推拿疗法治疗小儿遗尿45例临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Acupoint Application of Chinese medicine combined with massage therapy in the treatment of infantile enuresis.Methods:45 cases of enuresis patients were divided into spleen qi deficiency,kidney yang deficiency type and liver heat type.They were symptomatic compatibility prescription of umbilical application according to the type of syndrome in acupoint massage; acupoint tertian 1,massage 1 time/day,1 period of treatment is 7 days.Evaluat the efficacy after 4 treatments.Results:In 45 cases,22 cases were cured;21 cases were effective;2 cases were ineffective;the total efficiency was 95.6%.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage therapy in the treatment of infantile enuresis has obvious curative effect,with no side effects.Parents and children easily accept.So it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
