社区老年糖尿病患者的健康教育OA
The health education for elderly diabetic patients in community
目的：探讨社区老年糖尿病患者的健康教育护理效果。方法：选择老年糖尿病患者80例，对其进行糖尿病知识的宣传与健康教育指导，观察并对比患者前后糖尿病知识的知晓率。结果：在对疾病的认知、血压防治知识的了解与血糖监测方法及饮食原则上，80例患者在进行了健康教育后，各项比率明显升高，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对社区老年糖尿病患者进行健康知识的教育与护理，不仅可以提高患者对糖尿病知识的了解与认知，还可以使患者提高防治意识，从而提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of health education and nursing of community elderly diabetic patients.
