社区老年糖尿病患者的健康教育
The health education for elderly diabetic patients in community
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of health education and nursing of community elderly diabetic patients. Methods:80 elderly patients with diabetes were selected.They received diabetes knowledge propaganda and health education guidance.We observed and compared the diabetes knowledge rate before and after guidance.Results:In the disease cognition, understanding the knowledge of prevention and control of blood pressure,and blood glucose monitoring methods and diet,after health education,the ratio was increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of education and nursing health knowledge of the elderly patients with diabetes in community,not only can improve patient understanding and cognition of diabetic know,but also can make the patients to improve the consciousness of prevention,so as to improve the life quality of patients.关键词
