Nursing experience of primary nephrotic syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing experience of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods:44 cases with primary nephrotic syndrome were selected.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data.Results:In all patients,complete remission,significant remission,partial remission were 10 cases,17 cases and 11 cases respectively.The proportion were 22.72%,38.64% and 25%respectively.The total efficiency was 86.36%.6 cases were ineffective,and the invalid rate was 13.64%.Conclusion:Strengthening the primary nephrotic syndrome patients with comprehensive care,especially infection nursing,psychological nursing and diet nursing,can reduce plasma protein in the patients with effective.关键词
