Abstract
Department of blood transfusion and medical institutions in Urumqi city response to the system requirements in Urumqi city received blood donation office documents.They began to implement paid by blood mutual fund.In coordination with the relevant units and the general public participation,they promoted the mutual blood donation effectively.The hospital clinical blood use tensions were eased greatly.But the blood collection process of mutual gold is very complex.It can cause the medical disputes between medical institutions and patients.Now the author aimed the problems in the collection work of blood mutual fund, and summed up a set of effective collection system,and achieved good results.关键词
