老年慢性心力衰竭66例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 66 cases of elderly chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment of elderly heart failure.Methods:The clinical data of 66 cases of elderly patients with heart failure were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After treatment of patients in this group,60 cases(90.9%) were the condition improved;6 cases(9.1%) were died.Conclusion:Elderly heart failure is a multi factors.Its clinical presentation is often atypical,and because of the particularity of its treatment,clinicians should be careful thinking and diagnosis, pay close attention to the condition changes,select the right drugs and the right dose,and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with heart failure.关键词
