Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of general practitioners in the community management of diabetic patients. Methods:85 diabetic patients were selected from March 2012 to June 2013.They were as the research objects.They were divided into the control group (42 cases) and the experimental group(43 cases).The control group were treated with drug according to the conventional community outpatient treatment methods.The experimental group were treated with health education,regular blood glucose monitoring and follow-up by general practitioners on the basis of in the control group.After 6 months,the relevant laboratory results,cognitive and confidence condition of two groups were obsered and compared.Results:The relevant laboratory results,cognitive and confidence condition of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The community diabetes medical model with general practitioners as the main body can effectively control the blood glucose levels of diabetic patients,and improve the patient's cognitive ability and confidence.关键词
