The observation of the curative effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin treated on 120 cases of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:240 cases with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected from March 2013 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 120 cases in each. The control group were given Nifedipine controlled release tablets.The observation group were given amlodipine combined with atorvastatin.Results:After the treatment,the blood pressure and blood lipid of the observation group decreased significantly than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of amlodipine and atorvastatin can effectively reduce blood lipid and blood pressure,so it is a good drug combinations for the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.关键词
